A 100% Yield, sushi-grade product

We begin with real bluefin tuna muscle cells and cultivate them in a clean, controlled environment designed to support their natural growth.

Once the cells are ready, they are gently formed into toro sakus using complementary ingredients selected to enhance marbling, mouthfeel, quality and performance expected in premium sushi & fine-dining.

The result is a sushi-grade saku—crafted with precision, without nets, pens, or fishing.
